Cancelation Policy

Please log in to your member account to cancel or reschedule within 5 hours of your scheduled service. If you do not have an account, create one today or contact us directly to make changes to your bookings. Cancellations made in accordance with the cancellation policy will but subject to a 75% refund or full credit towards a future date for the same service. Refunds Refunds for cancellations outside of the cancellation policy will be determined by Anchor Life, LLC. Refunds will be processed by Anchor Life, LLC within 48 hrs and availability of funds will be subject to the financial institution.
